I am [favoured] with thine [reprinting?] the pamphlet entitled "Reconciliation"--A large Edition has [been go out here by/viz] B [Still/Steill] No 20 [Patermas in Rowe] & I do not think a better service could be rendered the cause of true liberty than an extensive circulation of this pamphlet amongst the middle classes and the [times] are particularly favourable to a candid consideration of the [???]. I shall always be glad to be found with a line from thee with any suggestions that may aim to the [free formation] of the breaking dawn of the [???] of [bless?] legislation.
