| Description | Arabic Document. Black ink writing with some textual marks in red ink. Paragraph or verse markers (?) are gold leaf circles with blue ink dots on the top and bottom of the circle and red ink dots on the left and right. On each page, writing is surrounded by a thin gold leaf border, surrounded by a blank area, surrounded by a thicker gold leaf border. Three additional lines, two in black ink and one in red ink surround the thicker of the gold borders. Some notes (?) in black ink appear in the bottom margins. All pages are the same, save the first page. The recto of the first page is blank. Centered on the verso of the first page is a circle containing text in black ink, with a gold leaf border inside of a red ink and gold leaf square. Above and below this are rectangular gold leaf panels with writing in white. Gold mountains with red and blue ink decoration are at the top. All of this is surrounded by a thick gold border. On the exterior of this panel is gold floral design. Ink and gold on the verso of the first page are smeared. |
