Allison to say the Yearly Meeting has closed this afternoon and we expect to go to one of the neighboring Quarterly Meetings on 7th day. I cannot tell exactly how long we shall be absent but I suppose we shall reach home by the 1st of next monthWith love to all affectionatelyHenry CopeWe keep in good health. Friends here have been very cordial & appear to have been glad of our company.11 mo 12th. I was disappointed in getting the above to S Allison in time; and I have therefore opened it to explain why it goes by the mail. I find the time of holding the Quarterly Meeting at Rich Square, which is one of the Meetings William has in prospect to visit, is not until the 27th of the month which will make our absence about a week longer than I thought when I left home. From that place we shall proceed to Norfolk & so home by steam boat to BaltimoreWe had a heavy rain the night before last, 4th day night, since which the weather has been pleasantly cool.
