Awbury 7/29/88 My dear Rachel, Having been provided with a good pen by Carrie, I am going to do my best to get a letter off by the three o clk. Yesterday afternoon father and I went over to the Asylum to see Henry. Just as we arrived we saw Aunt Mary and Frank on the piazza. They having just got there. We found Henry better than, I at least, expected. He looks very badly, very thin and emaciated. He puts me in of the pictures of the Anderson persons[?]. He however seemed cheerful and we took a walk
