Third day 4/10 -- 60
My dear sisters,
Have just rec' yr. letters & will write right off before what you say has time to get out of our minds It was quite refreshing & encouraging to me to get yr. letters for do you know this morning I was pretty near giving up in despair of having anything pretty or uncommon about our house. Mother got aunt R & Anne & cous Lizzie to go with her after meeting to a furniture store & there they selected just about as ugly a set of hair cloth chairs as I wld. wish to see. Of course they think its not a very important matter & Mother is just willing to have
