Dear Frank
I enclose the statement of
your fitness for holding a license. You have also I believe
to file a bond signed by two residents of the county (your
mother I suppose would do for one) which is only forfeited
in case you shoot for miliners or something of that kind
which of course you won’t do. The blank bond form can be
obtained at the [Bothonotary’s?] office I think. The only
cost is $1 per year for your license. The bond & certificate
need not be renewed every year
