3rd day eve
our parlor table
My poor dear blue Brother
Sister E has just bee reading thy letter to Chelle dated Woodford 9 mo 8th and I am very sorry thee gets so down in the mouth, and could wish I had been along with thee- provided I was wanted and could have done thee good, not that I would place myself before some others Lilly, Chellie, &c, but then maybe thee would not have felt me so much on thy mind, as I think I should have been pretty easily contented even if I did have to stay pretty close by old London. I would have at least been a "flesh & blood" companion
