I little while ago Carry handed me thy letter to read- which was received today, and dated 1 mo 22d and 24th and asked if I would write to thee. From the tenor of thy letter thee seems to think there has been an improvement is Uncle Wm's condition. But though for a little while, since being in bed- he was able to take cream again, to some little amount, he is now very low indeed, and taking only a very little wine, about a teaspoonful at a time.
