Dear Mother-
As things are very slack in here today I think it will be a good chance to write thee even tho I think there is almost nothing new to be told. Last night Aunt Lilly & the girls turned up all right. Father & I went over to see Aunt Lilly & Ellie in the evening and they seemed to have stood the journey very well. We have been having a great time arranging about the Shakespeare Class. When we received on 2nd day a letter from Aunt Lilly saying that it was very doubtful if they could get parlor car seats for 3rd day and that unless they could certainly have three seats before they started they would not come up until 4th day as Mary & Ellie very likely would be too tired to come; and when at the Tea meeting Esther said she did not feel like coming we became very much more doubtful about the wisdom of trying to have the class
