My worthy friends welcome past I received by wife Kirk but could not see him being confined to my room, as I have been at yr last fav. my disorder is they tell me a fever upon the spirits. the last disorder I should think could be imputed to me, but am afraid there judgement cannot be disputed from my own feellings, wtever appearance I put on before my frds. Why doo you mention the slender right you have to my regard, its here it is not worth cultivating. But it’s a sertain truth of all your dr Unles relations, you & my Dr Harey was the first in my affecion Belsey included, nor is there a Drinker of yr families but is dear to me & could wish it was in my power to give other convincing proofs then words but that is denyed me wh. does not a little agrive me. The blessed be our benevolent protector you want it not. hou does my Dr Thomas doo & all of her concerns I am indebted to her for her soft favor but am too weak to answer it trys my best love she is entitled to, you may freely ofer it, to all yr familie Henrey.

yr sister a present leads an odd sort of life to me it would seem so but to her it seems recreation & I believe it for she is very hearty & looks very well. I believe she & her 2 daughters will take a room of her son Isais at Georgeton & I hope they will doo very well under her eye they have good trades the one a mantimake the other a milliner boath good girls & very industrious I shall write her soon & let her know yr kind enquirie Let me hear from you as usual I am sincerely yr
