I am greatly pleased to hear
of your success in adding some more birds to your list, and
especially that you keep up your enthusiasm sufficiently to
keep up active search for birds. I know from personal
experience that there is a tendency in summer vacations to
become lazy, but I hope the mountain air is gong to keep you
active. Water-thrushes always, so far as I have heard, breed
among the roots
